We’re the Masters of the Rotisserie and the proud home of Canada's Favourite Rotisserie Chicken. It all started in 1954 in downtown Toronto, roasting chickens over an open flame served with fresh-cut fries and a top-secret recipe for chalet dipping sauce. Since then, we’ve added our smoky BBQ ribs and grown to almost 200 restaurants, but our Chalet hospitality has remained the same.
